I ordered the Sichuan Beef Noodle Soup with the "craft noodle" or traditional flour-based noodle. They have the option to order gluten-free rice noodles, but I personally prefer the regular noodles. The noodles were thinner but had very good texture (nice chewiness). The soup was on the spicy side (as advertised) but not overly spicy.
